Planner and calculators
The habit planner works in your browser. What you enter is not sent to us.
Online habit tracker
Habit names and ticks are stored in your browser’s local storage only when you press “Save in this browser”. We cannot read them. “Delete saved data and reset” removes them from that browser.
Optional email list for new tools
The optional field on the online habit tracker page lets you leave an email address. We then store the address, the date and time, the page you were on and the page language in a Cloudflare D1 database in our own Cloudflare account. No mailing service or other third party receives it, and we do not sell or share it. We use it only to tell you about new ExtendLife tools and printables. The tracker works without it.
To limit abuse, the form counts attempts per hour. For about one hour a shortened hash of your IP address is kept for this count; it is not stored together with your email address. To unsubscribe or have your address deleted, email info@extendlife.app from that address.
Hosting and visit statistics
The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits, without cookies.
